Return Policy
You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at Info@ecochiclivingstore.com. Returns must be approved first—unapproved returns will not be accepted. We’ll send return instructions and shipping label if your return is accepted.
Damage or Issues:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect. We will review the case and decide if a refund or replacement will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, return your item for a refund and make a separate purchase.
Refunds:
We’ll notify you if your return is approved after inspection. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
